We placed our bets with Phil Hellmuth Jr., on October 2! The 11-time World Series of Poker champion joined us again last year. Phil emcee’d the Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament and entertained us with his signature style. Other celebrity players included Leeann Tweeden, hostess of the NBC’s “Poker After Dark,” plus Roselyn Sanchez, Brad Leland, Ricardo Chavira, Brian White, and Sarah Lancaster.

The evening started off with celebrities walking the red carpet, a fabulous buffet, and the live auction of a "Secret Item". There was also the auctioning of a Texas Longhorn (yes, a real Longhorn), an exquisite Robert Harrison oil painting, a SeaWorld experience for six, and a constitutional chair from the State Capital.
